This mini 30 day guided journal is designed to help you get started with gratitude journalling.
Each day there is a prompt to help you reflect on the good things that have happened / are happening in your life that you might otherwise take for granted. It should take no longer than 5 minutes a day to fill out.
Once completed your grateful journal will become a keepsake of some of your best moments and you will be on your way to living a more grateful, happy, mindful life.
